I read the motion…%$# @^%$ ..drop all charges and/OR remove the DEATH PENALTY.. Arias is begging for the latter. I am too mad to say more…except, thanks deb.
I really blame, and using the word JUDGE lightly here, I blame judge stephens. She is totally a wimpy person. I believe if porn was found on that computer, JA put it there. She is such and evil evil EVIL person. She was constantly sneaking in and out of that house through the doggy door. God help us all. She’ll die before this trial is over. We all may be dead before it’s over. LOL!
Judge Stephens should have been taken off the case eons ago.
Wow, it’s been a minute! Just came across this article by Christine Beswick, who is a blogger (and writes for the Toronto Examiner), that has followed the Travis Alexander case from day one. In case you missed the hearing yesterday, (and last month, and the month before, whatever, blah) where Nurmi, Wilmott, Arias, et al, are trying to prove prosecutorial misconduct/Travis had porn on his puter, so drop all charges against Jodi, this article is amazing. http://www.examiner.com/article/jodi-arias-trial-porngate-continues-maria-de-la-rosa-takes-center-stage

Yeah, me, too Snoop. They just keep throwing shit at the wall to see what might stick. It’s getting really nauseating at this point. I just want the whole thing to be over with, longest trial ever. I understand that the defense team is just doing their job, trying to save the Skank’s life, but really, when is enough enough? I just want Judge Stevens to grow a set of balls, and put an end to all of this crap. I understand that she is trying her best to make sure that this trial won’t come up on appeal, but for God’s sake, how many times can the defense file claims of misconduct, mistrial, and what ever else they can? So, so tired of all of this. and xo to you, too.
if Jodi gets the death penalty, she is going to appeal it anyway. I wish judge Stephens would grow a set or step down from the bench. This trial is a mockery to the justice system.
I wish that Judge Stevens would grow a set, and run her courtroom like this judge does. This trial is near and dear to my heart, it happened in Seattle, not far from me, and I had friends that witnessed the shooting of the police officers. I hope so, I’ll check and let you know. So many officer involved shootings in the news in the past few months, i just feel so bad for the families of the officers, and of the victims (if they truly are victims, sometimes we just don’t know, i guess). I really haven’t seen many trials live streamed around here, I mainly follow Twitter, but I’m really hoping so.
And the “Jodi Arias-Joke-of-a-Trial” is back on the agenda tomorrow, let’s see how many days/hours/minutes they can accomplish this week. Not holding my breath.
