Major Child Porn Sting in Canada!!
As you watch these series of videos, you will feel nauseated, anger and disbelief yet child pornography is being searched for and viewed right this minute.
Children and babies as young as 18 months old are being sexually molested and videos are made of the sickening acts for later distribution to these sexual perverted monsters.
RCMP announced Thursday that more than a million images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children have been seized as part of Operation Snapshot III.
The following Maritimers are facing charges in connection with the investigation:
Robert William Aiden Harris, 46, of Halifax is facing charges of possession of child pornography, accessing child pornography and making available child pornography.
Leonard Gerard MacNeil, 56, of Halifax is charged with possession of child pornography and making available child pornography.
Brighton Spencer, 33, of Dartmouth is charged with possession of child pornography, accessing child pornography and making available child pornography.
A search warrant was executed on Stoneybrook Court in Halifax on May 22. The investigation is ongoing and no charges have been laid at this time.
John Albert Marknette, 36, of Sackville, N.S. is facing charges of possession of child pornography and making available child pornography.
Jeffrey MacFadgen, 23, of Sydney River is facing charges of possession of child pornography and making available child pornography.
A 36-year-old Sydney man is facing charges of possession of child pornography and making available child pornography. He has not been identified.
Mark Edward Graham, 27, of Port Morien is facing charges of possession of child pornography and making available child pornography.
Taylor Jacob Robertson, 20, of Brooklyn, Hants County is facing charges of child pornography and making available child pornography.
A 21-year-old Hilden man is facing charges of possession of child pornography and making available child pornography. He has not been named.
A 50-year-old Bridgewater man is facing charges of possession of child pornography and making available child pornography. He has not been named.
Paul LeBlanc, 28, of Bouctouche is charged with accessing child pornography and making child pornography available. He is due in Moncton provincial court on June 25.
Mario Lucero, 35, of Saint John is charged with possession of child pornography and making child pornography available. He is due in court on July 28.
A 35-year-old Saint-Quentin man is due in court on July 10 after police seized computer equipment from a Saint-Quentin home on April 8.
A search warrant executed at a home in Lakeville, near Moncton, on April 23 led to the seizure of several computers and hard drives. The investigation is ongoing.
Search warrants were executed at a home in Moncton and a home in Riverview on June 4. A 34-year-old man was arrested and is due in court at a later date.

“Just think about 10 houses that are around your home. In one of those 10 houses is the typical offender, which is a male between the ages of 15 and 80. The only commonality that they have are two things, that they’re male and they have access to the internet. Other than that, it’s every aspect of society. You have young and old, you have people who are wealthy or poor and you have people who are educated and uneducated.”
Is anyone who looks at these types of photos likely to become an offender?
“There are two categories of people — those who are repulsed by these images and those who are excited. And those who are excited about it will continue to go down that road until they have the opportunity to offend against that child. I have no doubt every single person who looks at child pornography is going to be a hands-on offender if given the opportunity.”

A MILLION?! images and video?! So I’m guessing these people were not otherwise productively employed, but on the dole somehow?! ‘Cuz, they must’ve been doing nothing else all day and all night but downloading this crap….

I was just thinking about the area you live in, Snoops, how beautiful it is, and yet, this evil’s ugliness dwells within it. Hard to believe. And its everywhere.
Whenever I hear of a child that’s been kidnapped or abducted I think the poor little one could be enduring this horror for someone else’s profit. Sometimes I think nothing less than a death sentence should be handed out to these creeps since they have “murdered” the life of the child they have exploited. Even castrated these creeps could still exploit children sexually.

Sherry~~what goes on behind closed doors is not beautiful. I was shocked to learn that child porn is so wide spread. The internet has made it so easy to distribute this filth and now the gov’t has passed a law to make it more difficult to get the IP addresses of these perverts…the RCMP have to issue subpoenas and it can take up to six weeks to obtain their identities and seize computers…by that time the evidence is destroyed. I am beginning to wonder if some of these law makers are too busy watching their own porn. They are more interested in passing laws to legalize marijuana and abortions. God help our children!!

These stories just make me sick to the pit of my stomach and angry..The internet should have more security and first report those sights to police and then shut them down,.It is heartbreaking to think that no child is safe anymore, but that is how disgustingly evil this world has become..The man who went to work and left the 22 month old all day in car, snould get same treatment until hes dead.. Who never thinks of his child at some point during day..The lady with the salt that killed that precious baby. , feed the salt to her , let her know how that child suffered. I say take all those perverts to the roughest male and female prisons and turn the prisoners loose on them until dead. I sound harsh but I feel they should know the fear and pain each child feels. A few in that group probably has money or in cahoots with law that will pull strings and the monsters will get a slap on wrist and back in business in no time.. That is why they are so brazen and things will get better..

Margaret~~The sentence for being in possession of child porn is from one to five years, a slap on the wrist. These sickos go on to become child predators so why in hell are the lawmakers being so lenient when they can nip this problem in the bud. Child molestors CANNOT be rehabilitated. I would like to know the name of just one.

Snoops, I too thought of the two Powell boys. Why did the FBI do nothing to protect those two precious boys.? Susan too? They had been investigating Josh for 17 months. The older I get the more I realize just how senseless and useless the laws are. I was watching a program the other night and they were showing the lawmakers and judges sitting on their sorry, lazy behinds, most of them are close to my generation and yet they are more corrupt than some of the younger ones. It was sickening to think of what is happening now..Iread about the 10 year old that was rescued from her uncle. Where in hell were her parents all this time.? We really need more women in positions of legal authority (I know, some of the judges are just as worthless as the guys at times….), with REAL budgets and REAL ability to legislate, investigate, prosecute, convict and impose sentence, and the sentences be worth a d@mn to begin with. Start with the animal cruelty, Peeping Tom, and child molestation cases and you avoid a whole lot of grief, not to mention money, later. An ounce of prevention remains cheaper than a pound of cure….

Operation Snapshot: Timeline of a child porn investigation
A major child pornography bust that led to the rescue of New Brunswick girl all started with a tip from a Toronto police officer who was perusing a file-sharing website and found a vast collection of child exploitation material from a single IP address.
It was just one of several shocking cases uncovered in a national RCMP sweep called Operation Snapshot.
Here is a timeline of the investigation that followed, to which a small team from CBC News was granted exclusive, behind-the-scenes access.
