Hollywood actor Rob Lowe has signed up to star in a new movie detailing the trial of Casey Anthony, the Florida woman who was cleared of killing her young daughter in a headline-grabbing court case last year.
The West Wing star will play real-life prosecutor Jeff Ashton in an upcoming Lifetime TV film based on the attorney’s best-selling book Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony, which was released shortly after Anthony was acquitted last July.

Well, at least Ashton is a far better character to play than Drew Peterson! I pity the actress who plays Casey~
It probably doesn’t set too well with C.Anthony for other People to make Money and get Attention, after All it should be her being in the Spotlight and making All the Money, she is the one who should live the Bella Vita after All in her Mind she is the Victim.(NOT)
Knowing what we have learned about this Woman, she might enjoy seeing someone playing her, especially if the Actress playing her is by any Chance pretty, that might even make Anthony’s Day!
As we all know it always has and will be about her and no one else.
I don’t mind about the Movie as long as C. Anthony doesn’t make a Penny of it or for that Matter Baez. JMO

Techno Grannie ~~Jeff Ashton, the prosecutor’s will be telling his side of the case to make the movie… it wont be Casey’s slant on things. I hope they get someone with buck teeth, unruly hair, overweight and zits all over her face to play Casey.

I found the perfect man to play Dave. He is around 86 yrs old now but still has lots of life left in him. Most of the suitable ones I found are all dead.
Hilarious comments ~ Rob Lowe is too much of a hunk to play Ashton … That is one drop dead beautiful man, Ashton is just so so. I suppose that is acting. The actors are always much better looking that the real life person.

Margaret~ ~ I don’t believe Casey trademarked her name. I expect there are other Casey Anthonys in the Universe. Casey will not make one red cent from the movie but Jeff Ashton will make a bundle.
