Snoop: Thanks for the fresh, new page. 😉

I think I get your meaning, but if you find me commenting about something that you feel better belongs in the ‘Coffee Cafe’, please feel free to move it over there–and I’ll pay close attention to what your preferences are!

Here is a link to a write-up from yesterday (and video) on Breeann’s case. It’s one I hadn’t seen and it contains some interesting details about Mr. Shawn Morgan.

(There is a beautiful picture, too–2nd one down on the right.)

More details emerge about 3-year-old’s disappearance
Updated: Aug 15, 2011 9:17 PM – By Christy Hendricks
    Quote:
“I keep thinking he was right there in the truck with me,” said Miller. “All the kids play together out here. Shawn’s got a good wife and three little kids. I feel horrible for both families. I guess it just goes to show anything can happen. You never really know.”

Miller says Shawn’s wife, Tonya and their children were out of town that Saturday when Breeann disappeared, and Morgan says he suffocated her.

“Tonya and the oldest were out of town and the other two were with his sister,” said Miller. “I’ve known Shawn for thirty years. I watched him grown up.”
    End of Quote

Remember the Charlie Pride song: “Snakes Crawl At Night”? Well, this one crawled at high-noon but I think it shows the progression. 😦

(I think there is a hearing going on right now, so more details might emerge later.)

  2. nan11 says:

Me again, Snoop. I just wanted to let you know that your video doesn’t play. (It might be me and my old ‘puter, but maybe not.)

It displays the message: “This video has been removed by the user.”

  3. nan11 says:

Snoop: If you go to about 1:55 minutes in of the video in my comment of 10:58 a.m., you will see pictures of his pool.

There are two ladders. Why do I get the feeling that he never bothered removing them? JMOO. 😐

I’m not implying that Breeann drowned–just that this sign of irresponsible behaviour [on Morgan’s part] could have been interpreted as a sign of contempt from the get-go.

I think he realized the danger, too, and that is why he added the details of her supposedly climbing the ladder in his description, which he gave to law enforcement.

Who knows? Maybe he followed Caylee’s case and decided the sleazy tatics of the turnip’s lawyer’s might work for him down the road, as well?

    MOO

  4. nan11 says:

    Snoop: Gosh, here I am–back again. 😉

I wanted to link this older article because it contains a quote from the Senath Police Chief Omar Karnes saying that he feels the polygraphs of Breeann’s parents were ‘clear’. Also the rumors of drugs, were just that–a rumor.

Father of missing Senath youth says training wheels are from his daughter’s bike
Friday, August 12, 2011 – GEORGE ANDERSON, Daily Dunklin Democrat
    Quote:
When asked about the rumor of drug involvement, [Senath Police Chief Omar] Karnes replied, “That is just a rumor, too.”

Karnes said the Federal Bureau of Investigation has given polygraph tests to the parents, and he feels the parents are clear.
    End of Quote

I send my prayers out to Breeann’s parents–they must be in the most terrible pain imaginable right now. ب_ب

(And now I have gotten myself running late, and if I don’t get my butt moving I am going to be majorly late for an appointment. Yikes!)

  5. Rob says:

Hi Snoopy, Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your blog. Love your new page. I tried the video, and could not get it to work.

  6. Sherry says:

Dr. Phil McGraw has landed an exclusive interview with George and Cindy Anthony for the Sept. 12 season premiere of “Dr. Phil.”

The show stressed that parents of Casey Anthony “sought no compensation for their interview, asking only that a donation be made to a charitable organization currently being formed to honor their granddaughter.”

    http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/entertainment_tv_tvblog/2011/08/george-and-cindy-anthony-set-for-dr-phil-season-premiere.html

Ofcourse, it’s their foundation so they will be paid through laundering the money first.

  7. Nan11~~thanks for posting all that information. Morgan even went searching for Breeann. I would like to know what set him off to kill that child. I hope we get to find out more as this is one strange case. Morgan was supposed to appear in court this morning so hopefully we will learn more.

  8. Rob~~that video worked when I posted it. I just deleted it today. Maybe I will put something up in it’s place.

  9. Sherry~~I do not trust anything Cindy Anthony does to promote her new foundation. I hope people are not duped into sending her donations. I wonder if Dr Phil will ask Cindy why she lied on the witness stand. Cindy is as big a con artist as her daughter. As president of her new foundation, she can rake in quite a lot of money for administration fees.

  10. Sherry says:

J~ here is a link to Reality Chatter that has the info about the Anthony’s fraudation on it-scroll down just a bit-
    http://www.realitychatter.com/t3482-cindy-george-dr-phil-interview#111592

You can delete this comment. I knew you were wanting to see the numbers and i don’t know if this is what you meant. There’s another comment about it, too. I have to link this post because the link to the information got me nowhere. You may know how to get to the source of it all.

  11. Sherry~~ I hope people email Dr Phil and blast him. Is he that stupid that he cannot see that the Anthony’s are just out to make money by being on his show? Who the hell wants to hear Cindy put on the grieving grandma act and spew more lies? If Cindy wants to get back in the good graces of the public, first she owes them all an apology for lying and second, she can finally start telling the truth of what she knew and when. She is not fooling anyone, well maybe a few fools. Cindy is as narcissistic as her daughter. George is just a leech and Lee is a kook. Still making money of a dead child is sick, sick, sick. There, that is how I feel about the scum bags!

  12. cali patti says:

Morning, Yes, still morning here. I just send off a comment to Dr. Phil. Personally I was proud that he never jumped on her band wagon & now he does. I am amazed at how anyone/everyone believes they will be the ONE to get the truth out of the anthony’s. The Orlando detectives & justice system could break these people yet Dr. Phil will get “the truth.” Delusional!
    Now I am ticked off.

  13. cali patti says:

You got it Snoopy. I am off to send a second comment to Dr. Philly, using your words if that is ok…

  14. nan11 says:

IIRC, the “A’s” wanted $450,000.00 to appear on Anderson Cooper 360.

Why should we believe that they would do the Dr. Phil show for nothing but a charitable donation (to their charity, from which they draw a salary.) Those people really think the public are itdots. 😐

Dr. Phil = sleazy guy. Shame on him. May he discover that no-one wants to hear any more lies from that family. MOO

(I haven’t seen any updates on Breeann’s case yet–still checking.)

  15. Sherry says:

ITA, J~ and cali-patti! This so irks me that I’m calling them a name that fits over at RC! I try not to do that but it just has me furious! Its all because its so fraudulent and deceptive. I hope it backfires on Dr. Phil and his network! 😡

  16. cali patti says:

I sent an email to Robin also…Dr. Phil’s wife, Philly’s wife. I can not believe how tick off I am at him and his staff.

  17. Nan11~ ~I heard on CNN Prime that Shawn Morgan was in court today wearing a bullet proof vest .

  18. cali patti says:

Sherry, you got it. Since Philly has drank Cindys kool-ade He probably thinks this discourse is a good thing.
I am so disgusted at him for selling out.

  19. Sherry says:

    There’s this update, nan11~

    http://www.dddnews.com/story/1753551.html

The neighbor charged in the disappearance and death of 3-year old BreeAnn Rodriguez appeared for arraignment in Dunklin County Circuit Court, Division two, on Tuesday morning, with Judge John C. Spielman presiding.
Shawn Morgan, 43, of Senath, Mo., arrived at the Dunklin County Courthouse in shackles, wearing a bullet proof vest, heavily guarded by officers from the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Department.

Inside to observe the proceedings were the parents, and other family members of missing 3-year old, as well as those who merely showed up to lend support.

Morgan was the first to approach the bench, flanked by officers on all sides, shielding him and the judge from onlookers. Spielman first read the charges against Morgan concerning the case of Rodriguez. Spielman then inquired of Morgan about counsel to which he said he had not acquired an attorney as of yet.
In order to allow Morgan ample time to obtain representation, the next hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011.

Upon leaving the courtroom, Morgan was taken back to the Dunklin County Justice Center where he will remain since a no bond order has been issued in this case.

  20. I have never cared for Dr Phil. He is too full of himself and loves to make people cry. His own wife left him for a time. He best work on his own marriage. Having the Anthonys on is all about ratings. I will not be watching his show as per usual.

Good for you Cali Patti… give them a good raking over the coals.

  21. margaret says:

Just sent my thoughts to Dr. Phil………….Don’t you know how that hurt Breann’s parents to look at that man. God be with them and give them the strenght they will need to get through this.

  22. nan11 says:

    Sherry: Thanks for that. 🙂

It sounds to me like Breeann’s family are in denial:

    Quote from Sherry’s link:
Outside the courthouse, family and friends of the Rodriguez family gathered. Cynthia Moreno, aunt of BreeAnn’s father and her daughter, Gloria, carried signs showing their support and love for the family.

We believe she’s still alive. He knows where he has her but he won’t say,” Cynthia Moreno said.
    End of Quote

I’m feel so bad for them, but I thinks she is gone. 😦

  23. Sherry~~thanks for posting that. I wonder why they didn’t assign Morgan a public defender. Just more delays. I guess he did not plead.

  24. Nan11~~it has crossed my mind that Morgan may have sold Breeann. Maybe they will find some info on his computer to see if he was into making porn.

  25. There is no death penalty in Missouri. I expect Shawn Morgan will have a mental evaluation. I wonder how long this trial will play out even with this so-called confession.

Correction- Missouri DOES have the death penalty~J

  26. nan11 says:

Snoop: Well, there is something that hadn’t crossed my mind.

Assuming he sold her to a couple that wanted a child–it would still be a traumatic experience for everyone involved, especially Breeann–but it’s so much better that the alternative. (Once they get her back, of course.)

Sounds too good to be true–still, I’m really hoping you are right!

  27. Vicky says:

fYI Snoopy, Missouri does have the death penalty.

You are right but why are they saying that Morgan would probably get life in prison?~SS

  28. nan11 says:

Snoop: JVM just said (on HLN–Vinnie Politan’s show) she thinks it’s a ‘classy’ act on the part of the “A’s” to go on Dr. Phil for nothing, but instead to ask that a donation be made to their charity.

She is either a fool herself or thinks the viewing audience are all fools. She literally turns my stomach lately. Barf!

(Someone else just said that it’s a classy, wonderful thing they are doing.) Barf!

I have something else I should be doing anyway–off goes my TV and I have to cool down a bit.

  29. I thought Mark Lippman may be the answer to help Cindy and George get back on the straight and narrow. Mark is just another puppet, replacing Brad Conway. At least Mark NeJame was classy and made a quick exit. NeJame was his own man and was not going to be taken in by Cindy’s persuasion.

Multiple sources said the Anthony’s attorney, Mark Lippman, was shopping the interview for a six-figure payment. He has previously said any money would benefit the new CayleesFund.org — not the Anthonys.

    Source-Read More

  30. Dr Phil says it will be a no-holds-barred interview. To that, I say bullchit! This is false advertising because the whole damn interview will be scripted and well rehearsed. Dr Phil is an egotist and gets some sadistical pleasure out of badgering guests who come on his show. Once his guests start to blat, good ole Phil tries to make the audience believe he has broken their spririts and they will live happily ever after. Phil makes his wife suffer through all of his shows. Is this to show people he has her support? Well it seems that even Robins fly the coop when they can’t stand to see the hypocracy of what their hubbies are doing. No wonder she decided to strike it out on her own until the old boy used his powers of persuasion to get her back for her hours of misery.

Dr Phil does not speak directly to his guests on the show. Notice how he raises his voice so he is speaking to the audience. It is like he is giving a speech to show everyone how smart he is. I watched him a few times and could not stand his big ego….MOO=My Opinion Only

PS-Dr Phil does not pay for interviews. So he does not pay license fees too? He makes a donation instead… Cindy Anthony receives $500,000 as a donation to her new foundation, “The Caylee Fund”…. how long will it take Cindy to charge the fund $499,999 for administration fees?

How many active foundations does Cindy Anthony have on the go right now?? Is Mark Lippman working for the Anthonys pro bono and waiting for his sales commission?

How stupid do they think people are? JMO

  31. U.S. reality TV star Taylor Armstrong has been left “devastated” by the apparent suicide of her estranged husband.

The body of Russell Armstrong was discovered in a friend’s Mulholland Drive, Los Angeles home on Monday evening.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regular Taylor had recently separated from Russell and filed for divorce last month, accusing her husband of physically abusing her.

    Real Housewife’s Star Commits Suicide

  32. cali patti says:

I am so truly ticked off. This Phil, (dropped the Dr., out of respect for Drs) event has me looking for a rumble. LOL, I sent 3 emails to Phil, 1 to Robin. I don’t understand why this has me more ticked off than other events associated with her case. Think the money Phil is paying is part of it.
I am off to send another email.

  33. nan11 says:

Snoop: Yep, “bullchit”! It’ll be a disgusting, misleading, irrelevant 60 minutes; aimed at invoking tears and sympathy for those two who most certainly do not deserve any. (As well as filling their coffers for a time.) 😐

I can guarantee that my tears and sympathy will not be extended; and I most definitely will not be watching.

Actually, I only watched that show a couple of times and I really didn’t care for it. (Once was when he actually had a couple on from my area [for really crazy behaviour], and it made big news around here. It was an absolutely disgusting show, though)

Anyway, this next piece is for Frankie: It’s on the Robyn Gardner case, and I remember one of your comments where you stated that you thought he wore a wig. 😉

How very astute of you. Here is some confirmation.

Robyn Gardner missing: Giordano ordered detained for 16 days
    Quote:
“He either has a toupee or a hairweave,” the woman said. “He definitely would not want to get it wet. There is no way he would go snorkeling.”
    End of Quote

There is really nothing new on this case, though. Yesterday they agreed to hold him for another 16 days–and were searching in some deep, old mines. As far as I know, nothing was found.

    Sad case.

  34. cali patti says:

I watched the first season of Housewives & enjoyed taylor A. Sad about her husband.

  35. Vicky says:

Snoopy, regarding the death penalty, i suppose the charges could be upgraded to include the death penalty if the investigation provides enough evidence to support it. Based on what has been reported, it seems to me his crime would meet the criteria. I read an article that stated Shawn Morgan gave a taped statement to a drug task force. I wonder if there is some tie in there. Maybe that jerk is a tweaker. People on meth have been known to do some pretty bizarre and violent things while high on that crap. I that is the case, they might not seek the DP since the defense might claim some bull crap temporary insanity defense. Hopefully before it is all over, he will plead guilty. I just hope they find her little body so her family can have closure.

Seems that Talylor’s estranged husband managed to get in one final act of abuse toward her. I hope she understands that she is in no way responsible for his death. She is probably lucky she left him when she did or he might have taken her life as well.

  36. Vicky~~you said, I read an article that stated Shawn Morgan gave a taped statement to a drug task force. Was this recently? Maybe the ‘meth’ theory may explain why he would kill Breeman. On meth, and with an addled brain, Morgan may have seen a monster instead of a young girl near his swimming pool. I remember, years ago, a woman put her baby in the microwave thinking it was a turkey. She was that high on drugs.

  37. Vicky says:

They are reporting now that a body has been found. I will look for the article stating he was interviewed by a drug task force.
    http://www.dddnews.com/story/1753709.html

  38. Vicky says:

Here is the article that mentions the article about the interview with the task force agent.
    http://www.wsiltv.com/p/news_details.php?newsID=13693&type=top

  39. Vicky~~any trickle of hope is now gone. Thanks for finding that. My heart is so heavy as I type this… my God, it is so very senseless. Earlier this evening, I was looking at all the little children who have been murdered in the state of Florida . I cannot get the look of Mark Lunsford out of my mind when he found out his daughter, Jessica, was buried alive by that rotten monster.

Here is a quote from your link, I will bold it…

DUNKLIN COUNTY, Mo. — Senath Police Chief Omar Karnes has just confirmed (8:15 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011) that authorities have located the body of BreeAnn Rodriguez, 3, of Senath, Mo., who has been missing since Saturday, Aug. 6.
Karnes said he could confirm that the girl’s body had been found, however, he could not elaborate on details at this time.

Further details are expected to be released from the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Department.

  40. Vicky says:

Snoop, I am having a hard time expressing how I feel right now. I can’t imagine what must be going through the minds of Breeann’s family. I’m not sure how the parents of these babies ever move forward following their loss under such tragic circumstances.
Sometimes I feel like keeping my television tuned in exclusively to nick or the family channel, and placing a parental block on all things news. I have to tell you, between some of the kids I encounter each day and coming home to news reports that indicate that crimes against children is pervasive I wonder if there is any chance of fixing what is broken in society
I have to remind myself daily that it takes people speaking up for children if we are ever going to get a handle on violence against them. Making new laws isn’t enough. We need to enforce existing laws. We need to begin focusing on victims rights and stop worrying so darn much about the accused. We need to stop worrying so much about what it costs to protect children and start focusing on what it takes to protect them. We need to take a long hard look at the circumstances that place children at risk and find more ways to protect them. People who harm children, should never be afford the opportunity to do so again. I could keep on ranting, but it isn’t making me feel any better. I am outraged that our society has arrived a a place where parents can’t allow their children out of their sight without fear that some monster might be lurking in the bushes or the house next door.

  41. Frankie says:

How very sad. I’m glad they found BreeAnn’s body. Now the parents know for sure what happened and the only blessing here is that they don’t have to wonder whether she is alive or gone. So many parents of missing children never have closure. My heart goes out to them.

  42. Frankie says:

Has anybody heard from Sage Mom today?

  43. Frankie~~no, Sage Mom has not been in today. I can see on my stat counter when she visits just to read. I have many who just come and read here several times a day but never leave a comment.

  44. Breeann’s body was located by a Missouri highway patrol officer who was searching by boat. Breeann’s parents were notified.

    http://www.dddnews.com/story/1753709.html

  45. nan11 says:

    Snoop: Oh, how very sad.

Still, it’s better that they found her. False hope can be so very cruel. I’m at a loss for words, really. I was expecting it, but yet I was holding out hope, too.

My deepest and sincerest prayers go out to Breeann’s family tonight. ب_ب

    Sleep tight, little one.

  46. Nan11~~ when Vicky posted the link saying Breeann’s body had been found, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I feel such an overwhelming sadness combined with anger. Breeann will be forgotten in the court system and the focus will be on Shawn Morgan having the right to receive a fair trial.

Then we have those who murder a child and get off Scot free. I wonder how Andrea Lyon, Linda Kenny Baden, José Baez, Dorothy Sims and Cheney Mason can put their heads on a pillow and have a good night’s sleep. For some reason, it upsets me more that Cindy Anthony is making money off her dead g/child moreso than the psycho turnip. Cindy professed to loving Caylee. Yeah right. She is a hypocrit. The Anthony case opened up my eyes to a lot of things that I could never imagine in my wildest dreams. Even some bloggers, who report on the cases, fight for superiority by showing their dark side and do underhanded things to their fellow bloggers. Speaking of which….

  47. nan11 says:

Snoop: From your link above, I mapped where Hornersville is on the same map that I marked the location of the Breeann’s house and the house of murdering SOB who took that child’s life.

They are ‘tweeting’ that her remains were found near where they found her bike [in the #4 ditch near Hornersville.] I’m not criticising, but I wonder why it took them so much longer to find her?

Near the floodway ditches northeast of Hornersville, Mo.

  48. nan11 says:

Snoop: I’ll second that. Once they started on the “A’s” upcoming interview, I turned off the TV and left it off.

When I dropped in and saw the news about Breeann, I kind of collapsed. I’m glad to know she is not lying out there in that cold water–but is so, so sad. 😥

I will be more surprised if there is justice for this precious innocent than if there is not.

Sorry to hear about that other business, too.

[Cold, rainy old night here–suits my mood.]

  49. Nan11~~Breeann was supposedly dead when she was thrown in the water. I am not positive but the body would have sank and then as it bloated would have surfaced. The body could have floated near the banks and been hidden. The waters there appeared to be some mirky and muddy. The bicycle would have sank to the bottom of those ditches. I suppose they drug the bottom as I cannot for the life of me know how a diver could see anything in that water.

  50. Nan11!~~the moat surrounding this blog still has many hungry alligators in it. I haven’t fed them in a month so they are hungry. It is just someone who goes from blog to blog trying to educate everyone. LOL You probably know who I mean. That person has stolen someone else’s identity. The old stat counter comes in handy to know who is who.

  51. kas says:

There’s something almost funny about Dr. Phil’s ego being so massive that he thinks he is going to be the one to break Cindy Anthony. It reminds me of Leonard Padilla thinking because he bailed Casey out of jail, she was going to tell him where her daughters body was.

nan11: JVN is the worst (and most annoying) type of fool: a fool who believes she is smarter than her audience. She is forever agonizing over the average viewers ability to “process information” (Shrink speak) the way her superior mind can. Will the Villagers of Orlando go crazy and go after Casey?? What’s UP with all the fat people in this country?? Why do people eat meat?? There should be cameras on every street corner to deter crime. There are too many people in jail for non- violent offenses……………

  52. nan11 says:

Kas: I’m in such a dark mood today I can hardly get my fingers to move; but your comment brought a little smile to my frozen face.

    How right you are!

Here is a link about Breeann and the final arrangements her parents are making for her. 😥
Police find remains believed to be Breeann Rodriguez

Visitation for Breeann will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Senath Church of Christ Church with a funeral to follow at 4 p.m. at the church. Her body will be carried to the Senath Cemetery for burial.

The family asks everyone to wear white to the funeral. The public is welcome to the afternoon service.
    End of Quote

White – the symbol of purity. So sad. This pure, innocent child was violated in the worst way–an absolute monster entered her life and then he took it.

Prayers for Breeann and her family.

I might as well add this, too. It’s more or less the expressions of shock amongst the ‘neighbours’, and their memories of Breeann.

I keep thinking of how Breeann and Caylee died a similar death–except that Breeann’s murderer confessed and is openly reviled.

Caylee’s murderer was her young mother–the girl next door–the pretty little white ‘thang’–our granddaughter. Wait! She couldn’t have suffocated her own child–we must be mistaken. Look at itty-bitty her, sitting in her lowered chair. Let’s let her walk–we don’t want to admit what she is capable of.

    Now let’s make her rich.

    All of it–sick and disgusting!

  53. This is my favourate Dr Phil clip were the young guy comes out with a Dr Phil hair do .By the way the George an Cindy episode has already been filmed without an audience,That was why they flew to Houston recently… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4H5S6UkZDk

Thanks, Matey! We needed a good laugh~S

  54. Techno Grannie says:

Can’t wait to see the Anthony’s on the Dr. Phil Show… hope he asks all the questions I would like to ask !!

Welcome to my blog, Techno Grannie!! Make yourself right at home. We have some great people who contribute here. ~Snoop

  55. cali patti says:

I don’t mind the Phil interview with the Anthony’s, I mind he paid money to their non profit fund(no taxes pd) that Cindy manages. Cindy will withdraw it for salary, like they did with the prior non-profit … Living off Caylees blood money

  56. nan11 says:

Techno Grannie: What makes you think they are suddenly going to tell the truth? These people wouldn’t know the truth if it hit them in the face–and I assure you, they would not tell it then, either!

It’s just a scam to give them a little moolah.

If you want to support them–go ahead, it’s a free world. They will take your donations and keep the lies coming.

  57. ORLANDO, Fla. — Casey Anthony’s attorneys filed an emergency motion Wednesday that could stop her probation.

The document was filed with the 5th District Court of Appeals in Daytona Beach.
Anthony’s attorneys said the probation sentence would be illegal. They cited bias from the original judge in the case and mentioned an interview Judge Stan Strickland gave to WESH 2 News.

  60. Cali Patti~~did you notice who filed and signed the motion? Good old white beard and Lisabeth Fryer. Cheney will not take ‘no’ for an answer. His ego is much too big for that and besides, he hates Judge Strickland as much as he hates Kathi Belich. Lisabeth is his ‘yes’ girl at the present.

  61. FYI~~ Dave has a new post up and it is worth a read. I think some of us got duped when we clicked on the link to the Examiner.com …

    Examining the Examiner

  62. Law Enforcement have yet to say what led them to Shawn Morgan’s front door.

Neighbor of Breeann Rodriguez says: ‘Felt like it took an hour for the girl to die’

  63. margaret says:

Snoops and Nan11, I too am sick about Breeann, Like Caylee, such a beautiful child. I heard someone on NG ask last night in a segment on Baby Kate, why the law could not use the truth serum., Hypnosis or lie detecter to at least be able to find where these babies are hidden. NG told it like it was. The laws have been rigged in such a way, until that would be an infringement on the perps rights. We in the U.S need to protest this and get some laws changed. The perps rights should not be a consideration where these children are involved…………. Baez is getting so much attention from the bar right now about his deception on this probation, that he was too chicken to sign his name to the latest appeal…………….. I asked Dr Phil to ask G and C if they would come on his show without being paid or getting a donation to their ” we owe Caylee nothing” foundation. I haven’t gotten a reply to my e-mail.

  64. Margaret~~I quit watching Dr Phil years ago. I cannot stand his show. Dr Phil will ask the questions that Cindy wants him to. I heard that C & G flew down to Houston and maybe the show is already on tape. Of course, their plane fare and meals were all paid by Phil. I wonder if he will ever divulge how much he had to donate to The Caylee Fund. She should have titled it The CMA Fund.

  65. Missing in Aruba…

Gary Giordano took out a $1.5 million life insurance policy on Robyn Gardner and he is named as the beneficiary.

For Frankie…Investigators have also said that they had trouble identifying Giordano in surveillance video because he frequently changed his toupees.

  66. This case is not going away any time soon! I noticed that Baez’ signature was not on the Emergency Petition for Writ of Prohibition. Was this a precautionary move??
    Oh woe is Baez!

The Florida Bar told the Orlando Sentinel on Wednesday it is investigating defense attorney José Baez again, the latest probe related to Casey Anthony’s probation issue.

Earlier this month, Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry heard arguments from Anthony’s defense team on whether or not she should be required to serve probation.

Perry asked the defense team if they knew Anthony was serving her probation while she was in jail. One of Anthony’s attorneys admitted that they did, but didn’t think it was their burden to notify the court.

It’s unclear if the Bar initiated the inquiry on its own, or if someone filed a complaint against Baez.

  67. Frankie says:

Thanks Snoop. I know it’s weird but it’s a thing I do. I can pretty much always spot a toupee or wig. I am very much a people watcher.
By the way Snoop, I love the heart- love- life- preserver. Very cute.

You are very welcome! I am an ‘eye’ person. I am always looking at a person’s eyes. I noticed the old fella trying to hold his wig on when it was windy.~S

  68. nan11 says:

Margaret: Dang, I turned off the TV last night and missed the segment on baby Kate. I’m glad to here she mentioned her, though. I haven’t seen any new articles on her case since the arraignment. (I do check, too.)

It’s the same on this side of the border. Everyone makes sure the perps get all their rights protected–to he!! with the victims.

I hope your not holding your breath waiting for a reply from Dr. Phil–he is probably too busy counting the cash and the accolades he is going to be drawing in due to the ratings. I hope that backfires for him big time. He is a sleaze and a hypocrit.

Does he think we don’t realize that the bunch of them are drawing a salary from that so called fund. That money will never be used for any other purpose than to keep them in the style they have become accustomed to since their daugher murdered their granddaughter. 😦

I bet they wouldn’t even consider giving up their new found fame to have their beautiful granddaughter back in their lives.

I got caught clicking on the link to those pictures of the teflon turnip murderess, but I didn’t read up on the offer of the big bucks for the story book full of lies. (Only what I read on the blogs.)

And I most definitely won’t be listening to pathetic excuse for grandparents spew a new bunch on the telly.

All My Opinion Only, of course!

  69. Newbie says:

I’ve been out of the loop and upon my return I see Dr. phil has gotten into the bull chit ring. Wow !
I’m glad to see Judge Perry concluded the parole had not been served !!! Now I’m headed to send Dr. Phil an email. Nothing would please me more than the cancellation of the Dr Phil “interview” with the A’s being shelved,

  70. Frankie says:

I just heard that Joran Vandersloot may walk out off jail a free man. Apparently if he does not go to trial by December he could walk. There are too many cases ahead of his. I think murder cases should go to the top of the pile. What say you?

  71. nan11 says:

Frankie: Good Heavens! That’s shocking news about Van Der Sloot. I hadn’t heard that. I hope they move on his indictment soon. Surely another young woman won’t have to loose her life before something is done.

I’m surprised that Nancy Grace hasn’t mentioned this. Or maybe she has and I missed it. I don’t follow her as closely as I did in the past.

Here is a link, if anyone wants to read a little about this.

Techno Grannie: My sincerest apologies for my ‘grumpy’ comment. Please don’t pay me any mind–my nose is still out of joint over the results of that case.

Also, I have Breeann and Caylee linked in my mind and the pain is too much too bear some days. (I know, I’m an idiot.)

If you do watch the show, I hope you drop in and ‘share’ your observations with us!

Nan11, cut that out! You are not an idiot but a compassionate human being. I hope everyone will boycott watching the Dr Phil show. I wont be tuning in to it and that is a positive~ S

  72. Dave Knechel says:

Thank you for linking to my article, Snoopy. I think I’ll look into the new defense petition filed yesterday. There’s bound to be some defense ploys the appeals court will question.

    My pleasure, Dave~S

  73. cali patti says:

    J. I noticed that Baez did not sign the stay order. That puzzled me as to why only Cheney’s office was filing the paperwork. From what I understood, Cheney’s office could have typed in a 100 attys names if they were part of the team. I also think Baez’s name being omitted is more about Baez being in trouble than much else. Maybe liz put her foot down saying shr no longer wanted to do all the work and have Baez get credit.

  74. Anthony is expected to get some sort of response to her appeal before next week’s deadline to report for probation on her check fraud conviction, according to officials at the 5th District Court of Appeal.
A court representative said a three-judge panel will respond to an emergency motion filed by Anthony’s defense team before a deadline to report for probation next week. That could mean putting everything on hold.
“It would not be uncommon for a stay to be issued while all the paperwork is being gathered for the three-judge panel to make their decision,” 5th District Court of Appeal spokeswoman Joanne Simmons said in a written statement.

Appeals Court To Review Anthony Probation Ruling

  75. cali patti says:

Guessing that is why it took the defense so long to present appeal also.

  76. Newbie~~I don’t think Dr Phil is the kind of person who will cancel that interview. I am hoping a lot of his sponsors will bow out. He has to be smart enough to know how these foundations like Cindy’s operate. A very small percent of the donations goes towards the actual cause of the foundation. Not all foundations are like that. Cindy was the president of the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation Inc and most of the revenue realized by that foundation was paid out in administration fees to herself. I wonder where the $30,000 Extreme Rescue Boat is sitting right now. Dennis Milstead of Kidfinders made a nice chunk of change off of that. Dennis and George had the boat out on a couple fishing trips.

  77. Cali~~Dave is right, Baez was probably off promoting the turnip and not available to sign that Petition for the writ of Prohibition. I imagine Lisabeth Fryer put it together under the direction of Mason. It will be interesting to see if Baez gets chastised by the Florida Bar Assoc. I believe this makes about 4 complaints to them he has had to deal with.

  78. nan11 says:

Snoop: Here is the latest on Robyn Gardner–but it’s really not much. Apparently CNN has obtained a transcript of the ‘interview’ Giordano did with law enforcement. However, they are keeping it for themselves and just releasing tidbits. At least for now. 😐

Aruba cops quizzed Giordano on finances, insurance
From Martin Savidge and Tristan Smith, CNN – August 18, 2011 4:21 p.m. EDT
    Quote:
    STORY HIGHLIGHTS
► Gary Giordano was questioned August 5 by police on Aruba
► Police asked him about money and travel insurance policies
► He said missing companion Robyn Gardner was a comfortable swimmer
► He told investigators he “was busy saving my life” when he swam back to shore
    End of Quote

There is also this. I don’t think CNN mentioned it in their write-up, but they are aware of it. Apparently law enforcement have seized a camera with ‘explicit’ images on it.

    http://www.kait8.com/story/15290899/suspect-in-girls-killing-had-record-in-arkansas

Breeann’s murderer in trouble with the law before. This makes me think Vicky’s speculation that this could be a hate crime has some merit. The man was upset and wanted certain individuals fired at that plant he worked at-were they Hispanics?

  80. Nan11~~thanks for the update on Robyn. I don’t quite understand the laws in Aruba. I think you get treated special if you are wealthy. I doubt it Robyn’s body will ever be found. It seems that Giordano killed her to collect the insurance money. God know hows many women he has murdered that we don’t even know about. He lives in a mansion.

BTW, I heard on HLN tonite that Baez said he couldn’t wait to go before the Florida Bar Assoc. because the complaint will be dismissed just like the other TWENTY filed against him. The arrogant SOB.

  81. Sherry~~it seems that Shawn Morgan is a rebel with a cause. For him to murder Breeann like he did, it does indicate a hate crime. It definitely could have been racially motivated. Something set him off in a rage. Don’t be surprised if Morgan’s lawyer goes for a temporary insanity plea.

  82. nan11 says:

Snoop: I happened to catch that on TV. I was just putting away a few groceries, and it was all I could to put my eggs in the refridgerator–not pelt them at the tube.

[I’m glad I won the battle–that would have been a heck of a mess to clean up.] 😆

  83. Appeal court gives state until Monday to file response on Casey Anthony probation issue.

The appeal court’s three-judge panel said the State Attorney’s Office, Florida Attorney General’s Office, Perry and Judge Stan Strickland have until Monday.

Neither judge is required to respond.

The order said if Anthony wants to file a reply, her attorneys must do so by noon Tuesday.

  84. Newbie says:

Temporary insanity….I wonder how often this plea actually works. In Kansas we have a man currently on trial using temporary insanity. He killed his wife’s grandmother, his wife and his two teenage daughters. The man was totally prepared for “the kill” . The only person to make it out of the house alive was his young son. I just can’t accept temporary insanity being a defense for any murder !
It finally dawned on me why the honorable (gag) Dr. Phil would have the parents of the scank on his program. He probably wants to donate to their organizations but doesn’t want people to think he is partial so he has to have them “do something.” Maybe he wants the money to go to the memorial an organization cares to build at the site where the precious child was dumped. And I am sure he cares to help G & C rebuild their image with the public…..it has to be these things as surely he knows G & C are beyond any help he could give. Of course all of this is just said because I am past *issed on the “family” (choke) making more money off the tragic ending of a child’s life. I don’t care for Dr. Phil and this just sinks him lower than low.

  85. Newbie says:

I’m just rambling trying to keep it fit to be printed. What I feel about the latest murder of a three year old girl and Dr Phil/G & C and then Baez’ smart *zz remarks……sheesh.

  86. Nan11~~well it seems we wait for another decision to take place. The appeals court did not take long to respond. Cheney Mason must get preferential treatment. I cannot call this one. I would like to nail Mason’s family jewels to a tree stump and then push him over backwards. I’ll bet you can’t top that one, Nan. LOL

  87. Newbie~~do you have some nails and a hammer? LOL I may have to censor my own comments soon.

  88. nan11 says:

Sherry: Phufff! He sounds like a bona fide lunatic (as well as a coward), and this occurred in 2002.

Here is a quote from your link:
Morgan was originally charged with felony threatening to cause a catastrophe for notes in a restroom at Prestolite Wire Corp. in Paragould, AR, in 2002. The notes threatened to blow up the plant unless four employees were fired.

And the neighbours all thought this guy was ‘friendly’, just a stand-up guy. One of them in particular, said he had known him all is life.

I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to learn that this sick idea [to harm a child] had been fermenting in his mind for years.

Maybe Breeann was spared the sexual assualt–but I hope it doesn’t lessen the charges. He took her life. His reason’s were hideous, no matter what they were.

  89. nan11 says:

Snoop: Nope, I can’t top it. But I can enjoy the (mental)image!!! 😉

  90. I don’t know how long it will be before Morgan’s case goes to trial, since they do have a confession. If the creep was being interrogated by a Hispanic at the police station, he would never dare tell them what his motive was, if it was racially motivated. I wonder if he got lawyered up yet. I can’t imagine his wife standing by him but you never know.

  91. Nan11~~we should head south and show them how the Canadians get justice for the victims. Let’s see, chain saws, pick axes or club them to death with a piece of fire wood. I feel vicious tonight. LOL

  92. More tactics by the defense….

The defense filed their Emergency Petition for Writ of Prohibition via email. In order for the appeal’s court to hear the case, they have to receive a signed hard copy of the Petition. Of course, the defense knew that this could cause a delay and the appeals court will probably issue a ‘stay’ until matters are settled. It is very doubtful if the turnip will have to be back in Orlando by Aug 26th.

  93. Vicky says:

It might comfort you all to know that for the most part, Missouri is kind of a justice delayed is justice denied kind of state. Shawn Morgan will most likely be tried and convicted within the next eighteen months. I did hear via the grapevine that the DA is considering seeking the death penalty.
On a different note. We had an attempted child abduction outside a local school yesterday. They have not caught the SOB yet, but have a pretty decent description of the man and his car. All of the schools in the area are on high alert and parents have been asked not to allow their kids to walk home unaccompanied.

  94. cali patti says:

Rolling in laughter at the idea of you and your firewood. Arm raised high, clutching the firewood at the heels of *** , so many options.

  95. nan11 says:

Snoop: Would you mind if I brought some duct tape? Pretty please.

The teflon defense of the teflon murderess know every sleazy trick in the book, don’t they.

Sooner or later, it’s got to wear off. As Mason’s mind retreats to senility, he seems determined to make one last stand to get the basta**s (that exist in his mind), i.e. the judges. Oh, how I hope he falls flat on his face.

    MOO, of course.

Vicky: I read a little about that yesterday as I was looking for updates on Breeann. I hope even the working parents pay close attention to the warning. Terrifying stuff, that.

Usually when someone has that on their mind they don’t stop until they get someone’s child.

  96. Vicky~~now that school has started in some places, the pedofiles will be following the school buses. I hope adults accompany the children who walk to school. Fall is like harvest season for the sexual predators. There has to be a way to alter them. Inject them with female hormones and send them to prison. Put them in general population and let them know how it feels to be the prey. Why would an adult male want a child? There are enough prostitutes out there who will play dress up for a few bucks. We even have female teachers who go after the young male students.

  97. Vicky says:

Nan11- our community is small enough that all of the schools have parent volunteers who walk groups of kids home if parents avail themselves of the offer. We also have designated safe homes. The people who live in those homes have passed background checks and have signs in their windows. Many are retired teachers and police officers houses. They are taking to the streets before and after school for the time being. As for the suspect, I drive past that intersection every day driving to and from work. I am keeping a close look out for a car matching the description. it really is frightening to know that someone is out and about looking to abduct a child. I hope he is caught very soon. This guy felt following the girl down the street as she ran away. She finally cut through yards to get away.

  98. Vicky says:

ITA Snoopy. I just hope they find this one before he finds a child to grab. Fortunately he did not get out of the car. The whole school community is on alert. All of the schools ask that parents provide them will cell phone numbers if they have one and e mail addresses. A mass text and e mail was sent out yesterday to alert parents about the situation. Parents knew before the news media. 🙂

  99. margaret says:

Snoops and Nan11, Nancy had the first 45 minutes of her show about Baby Kate tonight. The DNA results are back and that perp is the babys father excuse me sperm donor. He had the shirt and diaper cover that the baby was wearing in his pockets. He is still not talking. He has told people that he will walk because there is no body or baby.So much sadness lately for our poor children. I have been getting my two grandchildren ready for school next week, so we have been talking about the safety issues, Of course being 11 and 14 they believe it can’t happen to them, So I will be talking to their school and bus driver again Monday morning. I pray they find Baby Kate safe, but the way investigators are talking today it is looking doubtful.

  100. Margaret~~people who kill children now will figure if the turnip can walk free so can they. I expect they will all hire Baez to get them off and get their juries picked in Pinellas County.

  101. nan11 says:

Margaret: I caught most of Nancy Grace talking about baby Kate tonigh.

Other than that the DNA is back proving that he is the father–the other info had all been released before. I’m really glad she is covering the story, though. That sweet baby was only 4 months old. I don’t have much hope that she is alive, but I wish they could find her. 😦

Nancy made it sound as if he didn’t think he was the father, but from the write-ups, my understanding was that he knew perfectly well he was the father–but he had lied to his parents and said Kate wasn’t his. Baby Kate’s both parents thought that if they got the paternity test done, they could prove to Sean’s parents that Kate was, indeed, his daughter; and they thought (or Ariel did anyway) that his parents would then accept her.

Maybe now that it is too late, his parents regret their denial of his beautiful baby daughter. Shame on them.

  102. nan11 says:

Vicky: Wow! It sounds like you have a really good, safe system for children in your area. Bless that little ones heart, that she was able to get away.

  103. Vicky says:

In case anyone is interested, Below is a new I phone app unveiled by the FBI. It is supposed to be offered for other devices in the near future. It provides parents/ family members with the ability to store and update photos and identifying information about their children and the ability to immediately forward the info to law enforcement in case a child goes missing. My daughter also has the identikit that has her kid’s fingerprints on her phone. I have a copy in my photo files on my phone.
    http://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/2011/august/child_080511

  104. nan11 says:

Snoop: And that may very well be the lasting legacy of that very unjust verdict. I thought of that right away when I heard the details of Morgan’s ‘confession’.

Right after the verdict, I thought that Baez would become a very popular, much sought after criminal defense atty; however, he seems uninterested, perferring to babysit and manage the career of his precious murderess.

    I really don’t get that.

What has she got that men can’t drop her? She is ugly when compared to Baez’ wife (if she is the one I saw him with in one video.)

    I really don’t understand men.

  105. Vicky says:

Nan11, unfortunately this jerk made his move during the middle of the day and this girl happened to be home schooled. also not all schools in the area were back in session yesterday. all the wagons are now circled as far as school goes. Unfortunately, there is the weekend and evenings to worry about.

  106. nan11 says:

Snoop: I almost choked when I scrolled up and saw that picture. 😆

I’m quite sure I saw some signs of his faculties just begining to go. If I’m right, he has a tough and sad battle ahead of him. It might take awhile.

Sometimes we reap what we sow. Just sayin’

  107. nan11 says:

Vicky: Really bold and brazen of him, actually. It makes me think of the Jaycee Dugard case.

What a nightmare that was! He grabbed her on her way to school one morning. 😐

  108. On August 25th, a hearing is supposed to be held with regards to all the money Ca Ca owes the state, FBI and OCSD. I see the defense is trying to get Judge Perry off the Anthony case. It looks like Mason will stop at nothing to get his own way. He got rid of one judge and now is trying for two.

Anthony’s attorneys filed an emergency petition with Florida’s 5th District Court of Appeal on Wednesday, asking that court to overturn Perry’s order before the required date. They also asked the appellate court to strip Perry of further jurisdiction in the case.

It sounds as though Lippman has moved in with Gand C, they can’t make a move without him. Does he not have other clients?

  110. Margaret~~Lippman is waiting for a big piece of the pie. I really liked him when her first came aboard but now he is just a puppet and Cindy is pulling the strings.

According to the news tonight George took Casey’s car to the junk yard and had it smashed. I guess they couldn’t get a buyer and with Casey coming to town she might want it. Thanks for letting us know this, Nika. Thank goodness they did not try and sell it.~S

”Let’s get one thing straight right now, Dr. Phil, you are a pimp for this garbage,” Kesse wrote. ”The Anthonys and this new foundation are the biggest insults to every missing person in America today. Dr. Phil, after the show airs and you make a donation to their new scam, have on real families of the missing.”

Kesse’s message to the Anthonys: “Go away, far away, please.”
    End of Quote

  115. Woo hoo…good for Drew Kesse. Everything he said is the truth. Caylee was never the center of attention. It was all about the turnip and Cindy’s foundation. They replaced a beautiful child and g/child with the almighty dollar. Dr Phil should have Tim Miller on his show not con artists.

  116. It is really eerie to look at the Pontiac knowing the trunk was Caylee’s death bed.

The Pontiac Sunfire is now scrap

  117. Laurali says:

IMO it had to be George’s idea to scrap the car. Cindy would want to make money and I mean more money than the money they got for the scrap metal. I am just glad Casey will not get the opportunity to use that car for a coffin again.

I also agree with Drew Kesse, the A’s have done nothing but lie and deny. Caylee did not mean enough to them to protect her, even in death. Pathetic.

  118. Look at the light sentence this sexual offender got. It makes you wonder about judges. He reoffended as you will see if you read at the link.

Thomas P. Baker, 53, a registered sex offender from Apopka, who was sentenced to four years and three months in prison for a 1998 lewd and lascivious assault on a child younger than 16 in Seminole County.

    Operation Safe Summer

A Kentucky police lieutenant, a convicted murderer, a theme-park pastry chef, a business coach, a candy-store employee, a school computer technician and two convicted sex offenders were among 26 men arrested in a child-predator investigation, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said today.

The multi-agency sting, dubbed “Operation Safe Summer,” began in May and ended Thursday with the arrest of the final 13 of the 26 men, said Robert O’Neill, U.S. attorney for the Middle District of Florida.

“They just don’t think they’re going to get caught,” said Agent Dan Ogden of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, which was heavily involved in the operation. “It’s a compulsion.”

One of the suspects had 7,000 movies depicting child pornography, law officers said. Some of the pornography depicted babies crying out in pain as they were being sexually abused, investigators said.

  120. Laurali says:

Snoopy~ I do not believe child molesters can be rehabilitated. That is jmo but you have to be one sick person to harm a child and it seems that it is never just one time. They should have a mandatory sentence like 30 years. In the U.S. some drug charges will automatically get you 20 so why not?

  121. margaret says:

Ohhhhhhh why could this not have happened to the A’s, B’s ? I just read where the Barefoot Bandit has sold his story to a movie deal for !.3 million dollars. The judge took it all to pay his 1.4 million dollar bill for his crime spree. His mother was working on a deal for 300,000, not knowing he had already sold out. She is now selling everything in her home and is moving to where no one knows her.. Why oh Why couldn’t it happen. Funny!

  122. Laura~~this is what I cannot understand. How come the child molesters get off so easy? My God, you would get a longer prison sentence for abusing an animal. Who is the he** enacts these laws? Perverts?

  123. Margaret~~Baez can cry on Geraldo’s shoulder all he wants. I will not be watching the tears flow. I gave up watching Geraldo years ago. I put him in the same league as Dr Phil McGraw. It takes a darn good talk show to hold my interest. I mostly watch the news channels so that goes to show you how olddddddddddd I am.

  124. cali patti says:

    I so agree ladies.
    Margaret good information, thank you.

  125. Laurali says:

I am unsure why the law makers are so foolish Snoopy. IMO anyone who harms a child or an elderly person should have a mandatory sentence. Those are the most vulnerable citizens.

I hope Baez chokes on his tears. When he got the baby killer off he should have walked away. He has decided to stick around thinking she would be his big pay day. How wrong he is, no one wants to hear from her or the uncaring grandparents.

  126. cali patti says:

Unless new information comes out I will not email dr. Phil again. I have emailed him so often about his Anthony interview I might be considered a stalker. Only kidding.
    I even emailed Robin, twice.

Be nice Laura or it could be permanent! Below is a video of the balloon release for Breeann

Vicky: Thanks for that. I can’t say I’m dry-eyed, but I’ve been thinking about that precious child today. 😦

  129. margaret says:

Thanks Vicky…….. so sad and so senseless. I wish the killer had to hand dig her grave , sit through the services, and then execute him. He has no civil liberties or rights to anything.. I can’t even imagine how this childs parents are feeling or all the pain down the road. God bless them and give them the strenght to endure the future.

  130. Laurali says:

Vicky~ LOL! I love to blame you for my blingers.

Thanks for the video of the balloon release, very sad day. My heart breaks for the parents, life as they know it will never be the same. Ever.

  131. Vicky~ ~thanks for posting that video. Another child does not get a chance to grow up, start school and enjoy life. I wonder if we will ever learn why this monster took it upon himself to snuff out Breeann’s life. Why would he tell LE that it seemed like it took an hour for her to die? This is what puzzles me. Surely, if this man was deranged, his family must have noticed something weird about him. Maybe they should make psychological examinations manditory before they let people walk the streets. I don’t know the answers to what can be done to stop this insane killing and molesting of our little children. How many more will we hear about this week and the week after?
If it is not a child, it will be another young woman.

  132. Vicky says:

Photo of the funeral procession for Breeann. What a wonderful community and cultural tribute to this precious child.

Snoop- I wish I had the answers to a single one of your questions. Sadly, not enen 24 hours will pass before another child is taken from this world by a monster.

I found this story while surfing the net. Truly appauling. A special Ed student alleges rape by another student. The school fails to report the report to LE, they conduct their own investigation and determine the allegations are false, force the girl to write a letter of apology to her rapist and expel her for the remainder of the school year. Upon her return the following year, she is again raped by the same boy, reports it and is admonished. Mom takes daughter to a rape clinic, examination proves a rape has occurred, boy is charged and pleads guilty. School feels they did nothing wrong. I am completely dumb struck with callous and ignorance at so many different levels. This is a case that should be watched carefully. Mom is suing the district. If you ask me, criminal charges should be filed against several individuals!

  134. Vicky~~thank God, the Rodriguez family had the support of their community. The heart breaking part is that empty space at the table and the void forever in their heart. A grown man against one tiny little girl….why?

Well the school could not afford to bring disgrace upon themselves. I hope and pray that the mother of that young girl wins her case and it will set an example. Schools are like the military in that respect, save face and cover ups.
