Movie of Casey-No Way!

(CNN) — Not so long ago, the idea of a Casey Anthony movie seemed like a certainty. How could Hollywood resist the chance to adapt the sensational murder case?

After all, producers didn’t hesitate to turn the Amanda Knox, Natalee Holloway and Clark Rockefeller sagas into TV movies. And interest in those cases pales compared to Anthony, whose trial became the must-see television event of the summer.

But the public outrage over Anthony’s acquittal on murder charges is making some in the industry
rethink the wisdom of adapting her story to the screen.

“Anyone who pursued a movie based on these events, especially right now, will face some immediate backlash,” said Matthew Belloni, news director for The Hollywood Reporter.

It’s almost like a threat out there–the ‘hint’ of a movie. I’m so sick of it, go for it, Hollywood–I say. Make your movie. But make it right.

Show that evil young woman with tight shorts and a push up halter top plastering the face of her 34 month old daughter with duct tape. Get your facts from the document dumps–the accurate measurements for the pieces of the duct tape are there and much more.

Focus in on the little girls eyes as her mother is doing it. Show the mother twitching her behind as she gets a sheet of heart-shaped stickers from the dresser drawer and places one atop the duct tape on her daughters face as it turns purple. Make that movie and be proud of it.

Maybe they could make a mini series and show a part every week.

We could watch her smirk as she cuts up the letters on her daughters t-shirt into two piles–one reading, “Big Trouble Comes Small”; and the second one reading: “In Packages”.

We could all watch the wretch as she rolled her baby’s dead body in a ‘Winnie-the-Pooh’ blanket and threw it in the trunk of her car.

We could watch as she removes the body and then decides to shove the remains of a 34 month old baby into a couple of garbage bags and then a laundry bag. We could see her as she again pulls it from her trunk and enters into the dump and comes out empty handed.

Don’t forget to show her brother laughing as he describes the smell of his niece’s decomposing body, and her parent’s cleaning the trunk of the car as law enforcement begs her to tell the truth.

End it with the jury standing proudly as the not guilty verdict is read. Show real life clips of the jury foreman and the check forger showing their astonishing lack of understanding of the judical system.

Oh yes, I say. Make your da** movie, Hollywood. Only make it right so that we all may have a good look at what society has become.

Nan11, I hear you loud and clear. If everyone voices their opinions, we can take the law into our hands and stop people from making blood money off a murdered child. BTW, miserable cold and damp day here so I changed my plans for taking the day off. The weather goes with my somber mood over this whole fiasco. I see they are trying to pass a law so jurors cannot make money off of paid interviews. Maybe some good will come out of this yet. I got a glimpse of Dorothy Sims last nite sporting her new hairdo and abruptly switched the channel.

  3. Laurali says:

Snoopy you should have watched Ms. Simms! She was falling all over herself trying to avoid the question. Would you let Casey babysit your children/grandchildren.

I hope when they make their movie they do not forget the romantic trip to blockbusters only hours after Monster wrapped her precious baby in duct tape. I want to see her partying for 31 days. Maybe they could get Danny Devito play Baez. (he may need a wig)

  4. nan11 says:

You have all gotten me curious and I do like Joy Behar. I used to watch her often, until lately. Here is just a little clip of her interview with Dorothy Clay Sims.
HLN – The Joy Behar Show: Would Casey Anthony’s defense attorney trust Casey to babysit her kids?

Bad day here, weather wise, as well. Cold and dreary.

  5. snoopysleuth says:

Oh the scandals are coming out now….

Casey Anthony’s trial judge a big liar

  6. nan11 says:

Snoop: Lennie is not to be outdone by Tim Miller. He is filing his own law suit and asking for a larger settlement than Texas EquuSearch. 😆

    Leonard Padilla suing Casey Anthony
    Published : Thursday, 14 Jul 2011, 6:51 AM EDT
Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla says he is filing lawsuit against Anthony and her attorney Jose Baez seeking $200,000.00 compensation for the money they spent searching for Caylee and money spent on travel, private detectives, security guards.
    End of Quote

  7. nan11 says:

Snoop: Oh dear. I checked out your link.

Even though I’m sure there is another side to that, it’s does give us a glimpse of a not so stellar character.

But she kept ‘used condoms’–perhaps she was always planning a little blackmail? 😉

  8. Redrelaxed says:

    Good morning!

Just so ya’ll don’t feel too bad, it’s been a totally crappy summer here in central BC as well. Liquid sunshine, and more of it forecasted for our Billy Barker Days weekend. Ho hum…

Janis Williamson, hmm…another trustworthy, take it to the bank National Enquirer expose. Sounds to me like Ms. Williamson was in it for the payoff of $65,000. and all of a sudden with gifts she’s not much of a “southern” lady after all. Reminds me of a joke, “would you sleep with me for $10.?” Nope. “Would you sleep with me for a million bucks?” Yep, but what do you think I am? “Well we already determined that, now we just have to settle on a price.”

Dot looks great! Had to chuckle with her stumbling over Joy’s big question of whether Dot would leave her grandkids with Casey! Lol…not bloody likely! Dotty Simms jumping up and down like a school girl, “no way, no way, no way!”

How sad that this precious little child has become nothing more than a cash cow for so many despicable human beings. I would love to see a law put into place that prohibited jurors from receiving any form of payment for interviews after the fact.

I’m still holding out hope that one or two of the jurors who have gone into hiding will emerge, come forward and eventually tell the truth of what really happened during those deiberations without personal gain. Just because it’s the right thing to do.

  9. knight owl says:

Nan 11 BRAVO~~ Danny Devito to play Baez is absolutely hilarious. Oh and for heaven’s sake show Casey prissing her heiney over to Baez office the very next day after Padilla bailed her out with a big tray of browinies. Make sure they show her at his office six hours a day five days a week. She was really looking for Caylee wasn’t she?

  10. knight owl says:

Hi Laurilei, i saw simms on joy behar. She really was in a quandry as she couldn’t answer that baby sitting question. she knows casey is guilty. I still can’t get her out of my head jumping up and down like a pogo stick at their little celebration of the verdict.

  11. knight owl says:

    Hi snoops and Red.

  12. snoopysleuth says:

Red, I wonder if the juror who went into hiding will eventually come forward and spill her guts. She was the juror 60+ who said she would rather go to jail than be on a jury like that again. I am wondering if she was bullied into making a decision she felt was the wrong one.

Nan11, leave it to Lenny to try and get ahead of Tim Miller. Lenny wants us to know that he is worth more than Tim. I wonder if he realizes people are laughing at him behind his back. I would like to see Tim get his $112,000.

  13. snoopysleuth says:

Knight Owl, hello back at ya! The money hungry want to cash in on Casey’s upcoming big bucks. Once she is sprung from the jail, no one will find her except Baez Esquire.

  14. Sherry says:

Well, I’ve not much more to say about the movie deal as nan11 and laurali said it so succinctly. Only if the movie was done exactly according to the revealed truth and that it would not benefit anyone associated with her or her herself would I watch it. I’d probably get through a half hour of it and change the channel. BTW, no one wants to play the role of Casey Anthony. My, my, my. What a pariah! Facebook pages are out there letting her know how unwelcome she is in Texas and Puerto Rico.

  15. Redrelaxed says:

    Howdy Knight Owl!
We could spend all day trying to match actors to the DT, eh?
I thought Joe Pesci would be a good match for Baez. Danny Devito is just too darned adorable.
    Mason? Howz about Donald Sutherland?
    George Anthony – Steve Martin

  16. Redrelaxed says:

Snoop, that’s the juror I’m counting on! Wasn’t she the one who didn’t want to be away from her husband as they’d never been parted? I might have have her mixed up with one who got axed.

  17. kas says:

Nan11: Bingo. Ol’ Lennie has some serious Miller Envy. Tim ruined everything by telling what Lenny said about needing to find the baby’s scull in order to get rich. Can you imagine when he heard about the suit: “WHY DIDN’T I THINK OF THAT???”

Judge Perry came clean about his infidelities along time ago. She’s got a story to sell. I really don’t put a lot of stock in what she says. Seriously, what kind of whackadoodle keeps used condoms, if they’re not looking for a payoff?? I don’t doubt he fired you. I would have too.

When Mason was asked if Casey could stay with him, he nearly swallowed his tongue. He did his “I’m uncomfortable” chuckle, and said, “Ugh, …..sure for a couple of days.” (Nancy Grace: “Hide the checkbook, Mason!!”)

On the eve of this Trials start, Lifetime (the only outlet I can see making a TV movie out of this) replayed their Scott Peterson Movie. Why they would go to the expense of paying money to a family member for such a not particularly hard hitting “story” is beyond me. They tend to make rather “Clift Note”-ish movies. I mean, if you can’t go hard after Scott Peterson, hang it up.

  18. Karen C. says:

Oh, well, since it’s in the Enquirer! What a classless person. Men in power positions are so often stupid, though, all the same. I hope we can all file a class action suit against CA (can’t bring myself to use her name), not just Tim Miller! I think we all have a case, and maybe against the jury too since they have made us crazy and put us all in danger with her release as well….

  19. Laurali says:

Good grief! Used condoms. It does take two to have an affair. I guess she just feels better trashing the other other participant.

Snoopy~ I believe the 60 year old is probably one of the 2 who thought guilty. Ms. Ford I believe would have voted however the foreman did. I believe he is the one many tweeted about. Cute, single and so on. I doubt it was ever about justice.

  20. snoopysleuth says:

Karen, that is a good idea. I would like to have a little spending money so let’s sue Casey. After Sunday, I doubt if we are going to be able to find her. The next thing we will hear is that Baez is leaving his wife and buying up stocks in licorice. The bookshelves are going to be flooded. I wonder if Joy Wray finished her book, “Going out on a Limb.” I guess Tony Lazzaro will title his “Pillow talk with a Killer’.

I expect to see Janis Williamson try to sell the judges used condoms on ebay. Maybe she should write a book too, “Burning Rubber with His Honor.” I think this whole case has made us all a little batty.

  21. kas says:

According to a Puerto Rican Journalist that called in to JVM last night, Puerto Rico (yes, as a whole apparently) put together a sort of strongly worded “Thanks, But No Thanks” Facebook Page regarding Caseys’ fleeing to their Country.

  22. snoopysleuth says:

The state of Florida has sanctioned that grieving grandma’s do not need to heed ‘taking the oath’ when being sworn in before taking the stand to testify. This will set a good example so they may as well take the word ‘perjury’ out of their law books.

  23. Laurali says:

If Leonard Padilla writes a book I hope he titles it “Get the hell out of my house”!

Snoopy You have amazing wit. Burning rubber! lmao

  24. Redrelaxed says:

Jane Velez Mitchell has been camped outside the OC jailhouse, sleeping with her eyes open. No way Casey is going slip by her earlier than Sunday, unless they’ve got a plastic surgeon and Miss Clairol on the inside.

Morgan is planning on having a camera crew to video Casey and take her depo re~compensation for ZG on Sunday.

Baez is at the jail now.

  25. cali patti says:

I would be fitting if Puerto Rico’s people had a petition going saying they don’t want her there.
    A lovely form of justice.
That would be tangible evidence to the woman that lives in la la land that the people really do not like her or want her. I think she will need to come face-to-face, several times with peoples dislike of her before she gets it. Until then I don’t think she will get it.

  26. kas says:

snoopysleuth: That still gets me. And Lawyer after Lawyer after Lawyer (I could go on) when asked if she would be charged, didn’t even blink before saying: “No.” And then the “grieving Grandmother/ Mother in such a horrible situation” b.s. started flowing.

Some would give the “well perjury is hard to prove” excuse. I’m so sorry, but if anyone was every caught, nailed technologically to the wall– it was Cindy Anthony. The State of Florida could have sent a Perjury Is A No-No message that would have been one of the only good things to come out of this mess.

  27. offthecuff says:

Going after Cindy would make them look like sore losers, just like going after Baez for his antics.

Perhaps we can start a Cindy’s Law that would make it a felony to commit perjury if the witness is a family member. No, wait there is already a law out there.

Would people pay money to view the jailhouse tape of Casey when the remains were found? I think so.

  28. snoopysleuth says:

Kas, I have read that perjury is hard to prove and that it is not worth the effort to charge someone. Someone can have a lapse in memory when on the stand. They caught Cindy red handed and had the paper work from her workplace and the court transcript to prove it. Cindy, George and Lee even were allowed to attend the court and not be sequestered. Casey was Caylee’s next of kin and Lee came next in line. Cindy and George were classed as extended family. All that was overlooked so why should they bother to enact laws and then break them.

  29. snoopysleuth says:

OfftheCuff~~let’s hope some of the following will be happy winners and not sore loses. I don’t give a hoot about Lenny P.

Casey Anthony’s attorney in the civil suit, Zenaida Gonzales vs Casey Anthony is Charles M. Greene. John Morgan filed an emergency motion asking Judge José Rodriguez to allow him to take her deposition in jail before she flies the coop. IMO, Judge Rodriguez will throw the case out.

A hearing will be held on August 25th at 9am. The prosecution wants to recover the costs of investigating a missing child when all the time, as per Casey, the child accidently drowned on June 16/08. I have a feeling the amount the prosecution is seeking will be staggering.

Judge Strickland ordered Casey to pay court costs when she pled guilty to the check/fraud. Thus far, I believe those costs are still outstanding as there has been no record of Casey’s lawyers paying them on her behalf. The Bank of America was reimbursed over $600 for the checks that Casey cashed. Amy Huizenga was paid by the BOA.

Let ‘s see, we have Tim Miller going for $112,00 but he has a long battle to ever get it. JMO

Lenny Padilla is full of old rope. Suing for $200,000 is just the old bounty hunter wanting to stay in the news and go on the Nancy Grace show. He doesn’t have a prayer of getting a cent.

Now the IRS is a different story. I don’t think they write off anything as a bad debt. Now Casey may go in hiding for seven years and beat the rap of paying them. Am I right that the state of Florida does not have a Federal Tax when you go to pay Uncle Sam?

  30. snoopysleuth says:

Demands… Neither Baez or Mason is representing Casey in the civil suit with Tim Miller…Casey was served with lawsuit papers in her jail cell. She was having a nap at the time the papers were served.

    No Depos says Casey’s attorney

  31. snoopysleuth says:

I just noticed on the lien that it shows Casey Marie Anthony and her residence as 522 Simpson Road in Kissimmee (Baez Law Firm). So, I’m assuming the check(s) went straight to his office.

  32. nan11 says:

Snoop: The repercussions are really starting. How many people are going to end up hurt and how many are going to end up in jail, because of that verdict? Shockingly sad, really.

Chouteau Clerk Mistaken For Casey Anthony Attacked With Minivan

The 26-year-old says a crazed woman tried to kill her because the woman thought she was Casey Anthony.
“She hit me again, causing my vehicle to flip two and a half times, landing on the driver’s side, and I just laid there playing dead,” she said.
“I got to her, she was crying, she was shaking, she says, ‘Mama, this lady thinks I’m Casey Anthony and she tried to kill me,” her mother said.
    End of Quote

  33. nan11 says:

Snoop: Well they wouldn’t have wanted Cindy and George to get their hands on it. 😉

  34. Laurali says:

Snoopy the IRS does not forgive chit! They will put her azz in Federal Prison for not paying them. Tax evasion is nothing to ignore. On the other hand I hope she ignores it!

  35. snoopysleuth says:

Nan11, thank God that clerk ended up alive. There are some real doozies running out an about. We may all have to lock ourselves in our home to be safe. The whole Anthony case has stirred up a lot of anger in people and yes, innocents are going to get hurt. I guess we can thank the lazy jury for setting a psycho free. I hope there are not many Casey look alikes out there.

  36. snoopysleuth says:

Laura, the $200,000 paid by ABC to Casey Anthony was entrusted with the Baez Law Firm. Baez has a chartered accountant who had to have known that a portion of that money was due the IRS. Baez spent money not belonging to Casey so I would call that theft. Every year it goes unpaid interest is tacked on to it. I wonder what would have happened if Casey had gone to prison.

  37. Laurali says:

Snoopy~ The IRS charges interest everyday! I am guessing Jose did not have an accountant at the time of the check. He seems a little shady so maybe he tried to rip them off not knowing what the outcome would be. But none the less if ABC wrote the check to Casey than as far as the IRS goes it is Casey who owes that money. Casey should file a complaint against Jose with the Bar, but will she? I would not trust Jose with a quarter.

  38. snoopysleuth says:

Laura, Baez had a law firm when he took on Casey. Surely the man was not trying to keep his own financial records but then again, who knows? I would love to see the JAC go after Baez and make him account for every red cent he dispersed of Casey’s before she filed for indigency. Todd Macaluso put $70,000 in the pot. Let’s say he bought himself into a high profile case and little good it did him. I have no idea who the anonymous benefactor may have been who contributed $5000. Andre Lyon said she spent a lot of her fund raising money so it added up to a nice little sum. It would be interesting to see how much Baez pocketed for representing Casey re the check/fraud. The only thing his firm did was reimburse the Bank of American and Baez stood beside her when Casey pled guilty.

  39. snoopysleuth says:

Laura, Revenue Canada also calculates interest daily on overdo accts.

  40. Laurali says:

The IRS is not someone I want knocking on my door. Most people cringe at the thought. I am not sure if that is how people feel about Revenue Canada. I would hope Baez ran his firm on the up and up but then I go back to how long it took the Bar to admit him. So it makes me wonder.

  41. snoopysleuth says:

Baez neglected paying child support so he would be the perfect one to begrudge the IRS of any monies. Baez has sheltered Casey from the outside world, maybe she doesn’t even know that she owes the IRS. Surprise! Surprise!

  42. cali patti says:

IRS is unrelentless. We began our relationship with them over 30 yrs ago when we filed a combined income tax. It is where you have years of very low income and years of my higher income. You had to file each year and be current on all monies owed. So we did using the years my husband was in the army. Well Well!
The FEDERAL GOVT came back and said my husband was NOT a resident of the USA the year he served in Viet Nam. Yup you read that right! Then the state turned around and did not accept filings for same reason.
We went in circles for years and it finally was worked out.
Yes they allow you to accure each day. lol
Being his own boss and in construction we get audited every other year. IRS never goes away.
They will put her in jail if she gets money and does not pay them. That is a fact.

  43. cali patti says:

If IRS thinks you are playing games with money or trying to hide money they will come at you twice as hard. If no one else gets her, IRS just might.

  44. cali patti says:

Laureli, we have friends in the construction business where IRS has came and took everything. I mean everything. Every truck, nail, hammer, old fax machines plus all the new. When IRS hits they clean house. IRS left the kids rooms mostly alone. They did go thru the rooms and check for ?
    but mostly left the stuff.
The man was playing games with the IRS and he lost.

  45. snoopysleuth says:

But Cali Patti, if the IRS puts Casey in jail, they wont get their money and the tax payers will have to pay for her time while she is incarcerated. Wouldn’t it be more logical for the IRS to set up some kind of payment plan for these people? A half of a loaf is better than none.

BTW, when your hubby was in Viet Nam, where did his salary checks come from? Surely not from Viet Nam. He was in the US military, correct?

  46. snoopysleuth says:

The IRS and Revenue Canada can make mistakes. When I was an income tax consultant, I had occasion to call Rev Canada. If I came upon a really tough tax law, I would look it up in my big tax law book and then see if Rev Canada was on their toes so I would make my call. If I talked to Sally, she would give me the answer to my question. She gave me the wrong answer but I didn’t tell her that. I waited awhile and called back and maybe a Joe would answer. I would ask him the exact question I previously asked Sally and he gave me an answer which I agreed with. I would then tell Joe that Sally was giving out the wrong information. I was a smart a** even back then. Because an employee of the IRS or Rev Canada says something, it doesn’t always make it so.

  47. Amber from Maryland says:

Didn’t the IRS take down Al Capone? Why shouldn’t we have faith in them? They may not always be right, but they are persistent in thier collections.

  48. cali patti says:

Snoopy, I remember the Federal govt being so illogical back then. I was pregnant at the time and every one felt it was “good” for me to present our case to the IRS. It was similar to talking to a person who only spoke swahili. I asked where was my husbands residence if not California. I told him once that my husband never had an address in Viet Nam. If you have dealt with one of these people that become hard headed then you can imagine the conversation. I did become a smart a**.
The entire filings from start to finish I have always felt were ridiculous. I hate when ridiculous is made serious.

Years ago I was living here alone with my three sons and my neighbors were all men on three sides.
What a**s two of them became. The one below me told my husband who lived in town at the time that I was not taking care of the property. My husband came flying out here enraged to have been talked about. I was allowing MY gophers to envade my neighbors garden. That he managed to trap his gophers and I should be able to control mine. WT*? Gophers!
I responded with that I never knew I had guardianship of gophers. That if either one of these men would please show me which gophers or family of gophers were mine I would be more than happy to keep them home. In the future if my neighbor would please cage my gophers then phone me, I would be right down to pick them up. I smiled while thinking these men standing in front of me were blooming idiots. I was ticked of at the stupity.
They both went away while I stood there smiling at them.

  49. cali patti says:

oops I was off topic you can please transfer or delete me.

  50. margaret says:

Hi everyone, Dr. Drew is saying that George and Cindy have disappeared. What do you want to bet they have been whisked away to meet up with Casey in a few days, somewhere we won’t know about.Baez has controlled this family dynamic thing all along .Cindy has been in cahoots with Baez from day one. That whole family discord thing was a sham. It is strange they would disapear 2 days before she is free. I think their new lawyer was in the loop about how Cindy was drilled on how to answer Linda Drane Burdick questions about the computer searches, so that she could not be charged with lying. Her lawyer talked about that on NG. They all have lied so much and continue to do so. I don’t believe he got his idea to use George from the blogs, because I think Cindy took the heat from the bloggers.

I think she wants to have the lying charges wiped out so she doesn’t have to pay all the LE charges that will come when the final total is determined This is crazy and will cost Fl. tax payers more money. I hope she loses and then has all these charges added plus anything else they can find. I am sick of all this. She needs to take responsibility for what she did.

  55. Karen C. says:

As though the baby-killer isn’t hated by the Florida Taxpayer enough. I’m curious to see if anything comes of the jury-tampering stuff.

  56. nika says:

Mason stated on TV she is getting thousands of dollars for a fresh start so as I see it she does not need indigency status. She can pay her own way.

  57. Laurali says:

Casey’s last hope to avoid the deposition is to file a motion of appeal. What is she appealing? Jose used her defense. Caylee drowned and Casey is a liar. Now that the jury has acquitted her she does not want to be a liar? Indigent? How about Mason give some of the checks Casey is receiving and let her for ONCE pay for herself. I think she has received more from the state of Florida than she ever gave.

I bet this is one felon Florida would love to get rid of! She is a disgrace to all women and mothers. jmo

  58. nika says:

Way to go Orange County! They gave her a new judge (Judge Munyon) and she will hear the case at 3:30 today. Morgan will request the depo tomorrow – Oh I hope he gets it.

  59. snoopysleuth says:

Nika, I just heard that too on CNN Prime… My fingers are crossed for Morgan…

  60. Karen C. says:

Bravo Morgan Law Firm! If I were still in Orlando visiting I swear I’d get a bouquet of flowers and balloons to that huge billboard he’s got there!

  61. kas says:

Well, Leonard P. got his Lawsuit off to a great start by telling yet another big fat whopper of a lie last night. Yet another, “LE told me they overheard Casey tell Baez Caylee was dead and blah, blah, blah….” It’s funny he claims LE hated him, yet they were apparently gossiping with him like schoolgirls…….

Funny, he NEVER mentioned this before. Also, it bares a striking resemblance to Roy Kronk’s girlfriend “overhearing” all sorts of important stuff.

So many people have commented how similar Cindy and Casey are in the way they talk: way to much information, long rambling answers to the most basic question, completely unable to keep it simple. Leonard can give them both a run for their money.

  62. Laurali says:

I just heard on In Session some guy is suing Casey for paternity test on Caylee. It was said if he is the father he will be suing Casey for wrongful death! Where was he when his baby was being duct taped? Sorry did not catch his name.

  63. Laurali says:

His name is Christopher Umberger. Never mind about him being Caylee’s father. He is 49, in Federal prison on drug charges. Good grief this case has more village idiots than we have villages!!

  64. cali patti says:

Laureli, your village idiot saying is funny. Hilarious.
On HLN they are saying George Anthony said on ABC (OMG) that she is not welcome at home
on Hopespring Dr. Lee did watch the verdict on tv then left for a tasting for his upcoming wedding.

IMO, George saying she won’t be home could be a decoy to throw off reporters. These people have lied so much that I don’t understand why people still report what they say. I don’t believe any of the Anthonys. Mallory must be really in love (or missing brain cells) to hook up with these people. She should run quickly away .

Just in re civil suit, Zenaida vs Casey

Casey Anthony will not be deposed Tuesday. Judge Munyon has set a date of Oct 8th for depo.

  66. Laurali says:

This is jmo but all these morons sending money to Casey should send it to ZFG and Texas Equuisearch. I think Casey will have to pay ZFG a little bit because in the jail house visit she did tell Cindy that LE never showed her any photos of ZFG. And of course Cindy then went on National t.v. and repeated that lie. ZFG lost her job, lost her apartment and eventually lost her car because she could not make payments. Every mother (except Casey) wants to provide for their children and I am sure ZFG is no different.

I also think Tim Miller will win some of his money back because when he arrived at the house Casey could have sent him away. She instead asked for his help in finding her child. Casey continue the lie.

L.P. I expect him to be laughed at of court. He stuck his nose in it. No bail bondsmen from Florida jumped on bailing her out, he should have followed suit.

  67. kas says:

I think Miller has the best chance. He was clearly defrauded from day one.

Leonard…..ugh. See my above comment. It’s like he HAS to embellish. Remind you of anyone??

  68. snoopysleuth says:

Laura~~Casey’s jail account has reached $500. I wonder if she is allowed to take that with her when she leaves.

A huge black cloud is hovering over the Orange County jail as I type this. Is this an omen of things to come? It is expected that Casey will be whisked away by private plane. I would not doubt that news groups will be hanging out at the air strip.

  69. snoopysleuth says:

Kas~~Leonard Padilla is laughable. He was just the big shot bounty hunter out of California who went to Orlando to show everyone what a smart guy he was. He was going to get all the answers from Casey. Yep! After she told him to get the hell out of the house, he decided that Caylee was in the dumpster by Amscot…nope, not there…then his divers searched the Econ River… LE tried to get him to mind his own business. Lenny didn’t want to take a polygraph unless it was televised on pay per view. The man then designed a daisy chain. He is as big a narcissist as Casey. They thrive on media attention.

  70. kas says:

That’s what this is about. His ego. She made an ass out of him. He lashed out at LE because they dared to call his Econ River dive a stunt…….and the Daisy Chain (accusing them of knowing where Caylee’s body was) was born. He’s the proverbial “let ME tell you how the world really works.” Between him and the Anthonys, poor Tim Miller probably went home and vomited every day.

    What a jackass.

  71. Laurali says:

Snoopy yes they will send her money with her! IMO they should keep it for her felony fines. Plus Mason has been telling media they have received thousands of dollars from people all over! Again I will say village idiots. They should be sending that to real organizations who need donations. Please don’t send any money to Caylee’s monster!

  72. snoopysleuth says:

Laura, I expect that all the people who are sending Casey money are including their names and addresses. They are hoping Casey will think of them when she becomes rich and famous so they will get a kick back. I heard she even rec’d money from Canada and it sure as hell wasn’t from me. I’ll betcha it was that loon who lives in Chilliwack, BC.

    I can’t stop laughing … read this…

Roy Kronk is suing Leonard Padilla

[edit- when I clicked on the link, it was a portion of the hearing this morning and Mitnik of Morgan & Morgan was speaking]

  74. nan11 says:

Snoopy: Tweren’t me. I’d burn any darn money I had to spare before I’d send it her way.

  75. nan11 says:

Snoop: He might as well jump in with his own lawsuit. His reputation was more damaged then most and he found what was left of Caylee. Who knows what he might flush out?

  76. snoopysleuth says:

Here is a better link re Kronk vs Padilla….

    Roy Kronk sues Leonard Padilla

Here is a snippet from the link. It does not surprise me that Padilla doesn’t like having his wings clipped…

“Truth is a defense to any defamation suit filed,” Padilla said in a brief phone call this afternoon. “In my experience and knowledge of Roy Kronk, he’s a [expletive] liar. I will give them time to add that into their lawsuit.”

Padilla added that if Kronk and his attorney are willing to pay round-trip airfare, he will come to Orlando to be served with the legal paperwork directly.

  77. Laurali says:

Snoopy and Nan~ I would hope neither one of you would send MOTY dollars! Nan ~ I would not send her a wooden nickel. She is not worth a stamp. Good luck to Roy.

  78. snoopysleuth says:

Dave posted a must see video…. you will see Bill Sheaffer at his best…

Well worth 10 minutes of your time
