Question! I cleaned up my computer and i think i may have overdone and inadvertantly disabled that gizmo needed for pdfs to show up. Does anyone know what it would be that I would need to enable to get the pdfs working again? TIA!

Christine: I think if you just stop the video and do a screen shot. You may have to ‘trim’ the parts out you don’t want, though.
Margaret~~ to copy and paste a url from a website where you find some interesting infomation…
When you visit a website, at the very top of the page you will see a location address… in here it is the one that has the W …and beings with http://… You take your mouse and left click on the address. It will highlight in blue…put your cursor on the highlighted address..right click and a box will appear… go down the box and click on COPY…
The address is now in your mouse and ready to paste where ever you want to post it…
Now go to the comment box where you wish to post the link… right click your mouse in the comment and another little box will appear…just click on PASTE and your link will appear. There you have it… If you want to practice some in here, I will check them…Good luck.

I use this code for color but I cannot put it inside brackets or it will show color…I can’t even break the code with an asterick

Its not that I didn’t believe you but it must’ve been a fluke when I did it above. Look where it says Snoopys happy corner – its in BLUE!?? And I’ve was able to put in larger font size too in one of the cafe’s. How about smileys? Can I put them in?

Yoo Hoo! It worked. Now, if I can only remember what I did…….
Your problem was is that you were not enclosing your codes within the brackets… or tags… < is a beginning tag…you just reverse the direction of it to end the command to the puter…thus an end tag..
>b< reverse the tags with the b in the center and see what happens… You must close off the puter command by enclosing the following within brackets…/b

I see what happens now. When I paste the url; for some reason it erases or deletes the ” at the beginning. Whew….. I just had to retype it. Thanks Snoops……but I might try again to make sure.
Sarah….make sure you put the ” in after the a href= then paste the url to the right of the ” and put another one at the end of the url…don’t forget your closing tag…>
